The ideal candidate will have substantial expertise in cloud platforms, enterprise architecture, and stakeholder engagement, and will excel in complex, fast-paced global delivery models.<br/><br/>Role : Software Architect<br/><br/>Location : Hyderabad<br/><br/>Years of experience : 10+ Years<br/><br/>Responsibilities :<br/><br/>- Lead & Guide Customer Conversations : Drive discussions with clients to understand business challenges and propose effective technology solutions, incorporating Microsoft Azure or AI-driven tools where appropriate.<br/><br/>- Solution Design & Development : Lead the analysis, architecture, design, and development of innovative solutions, leveraging a mix of technologies and tools like Copilot Studio, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Windsurf to enhance development workflows when applicable.<br/><br/>- Problem Solving : Address complex business and technical challenges related to new implementations or customizations, utilizing Azure capabilities or AI tooling where relevant.<br/><br/>- Requirements Translation : Collaborate with clients and business analysts to convert business requirements into technical specifications, integrating Azure AI services or other relevant tools as needed.<br/><br/>- Resource & Effort Estimation : Estimate project efforts and define resources, factoring in tools like Azure DevOps for CI/CD when appropriate.<br/><br/>- Documentation & Proposals : Develop proposals, statements of work, and technology roadmaps, highlighting Azure AI Foundry or Microsoft AI tools when they align with client needs.<br/><br/>- Client Communication & Collaboration : Manage client communication and ensure alignment across internal teams to meet project goals.<br/><br/>- Partnering with Technology Teams: Collaborate with technology teams to conceptualize and design applications, recommending technologies like Azure Functions for scalable compute or GitHub Copilot to boost developer productivity, while staying within budget and timeline constraints.<br/><br/>- Technical Documentation : Write and review architecture and design documents, ensuring clarity and quality across tech stacks, including Azure-specific implementations when utilized.<br/><br/>Required Experience & Qualifications :<br/><br/>- Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.<br/><br/>- Experience : 10+ years of relevant experience in software architecture, web services, and application design.<br/><br/>- Technical Proficiency : Deep experience with at least two of the following : .NET (with familiarity in Azure integrations), Java, Go, Node.js, Angular, or React.<br/><br/>- Database Skills : Experience with relational (e.g., Azure SQL Database) and non-relational (e.g., Azure Cosmos DB) database design and modeling.<br/><br/>- Architecture Expertise : Proven ability to architect solutions across various technical stacks, with experience in containerized workloads and serverless architectures (e.g., Kubernetes, Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure Container Apps, Azure Container Instances, Azure Functions).<br/><br/>- Security Knowledge : Understanding of secure infrastructure and application design (e.g., web service security, code scanning, Microsoft Entra ID for identity management).<br/><br/>- Event-Based Architecture : Strong experience with event-driven systems (e.g., Kafka, Azure Event Hubs, Azure Service Bus).<br/><br/>- Cloud Experience : Solid expertise in cloud delivery, with a primary focus on Microsoft Azure (e.g., Azure Functions).<br/><br/>- CI/CD & IaC : Experience designing and implementing Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, ARM templates, Bicep).<br/><br/>- Agile SDLC : Knowledge of Agile Software Development Life Cycle practices.<br/><br/>- Trade-Off Analysis : Ability to evaluate trade-offs across technologies, including when to leverage Azure capabilities or Microsoft tools versus alternatives.<br/><br/>- Client Engagement : Skilled in developing and presenting business case analyses, with the ability to articulate technical solutions in business-friendly language.<br/><br/>- Relationship Building : Proven ability to establish trusted advisor relationships with clients at all levels.<br/><br/>- Time Management : Ability to prioritize and deliver high-quality results in a multi-team environment.<br/><br/>Preferred Qualifications :<br/><br/>- AI & ML Experience : Knowledge of designing and deploying machine learning models, including large language models (LLMs), with familiarity in Azure AI Foundry or Azure Machine Learning, as well as experience with multimodal AI models and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns.<br/><br/>- AI Tooling : Experience with AI-driven development tools such as Copilot Studio (for custom AI solutions), GitHub Copilot (for code assistance), Cursor, or Windsurf.<br/><br/>- Power Platform : Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) for designing and delivering low-code business solutions or analytics.<br/><br/>- Azure-Specific Expertise : Proficiency with Azure services like Azure AI Foundry, Azure Machine Learning, Azure Functions, or Azure OpenAI Service for AI and LLM integration.<br/><br/>- Microsoft Certifications : Certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure AI Engineer Associate, or Power Platform Functional Consultant.<br/><br/>- Serverless Solutions : Experience with serverless architectures (e.g., Azure Functions).<br/><br/>- Advanced Analytics : Familiarity with Power BI for data visualization, T-SQL for querying relational databases, and Kusto Queries for log and
