<p><p><b>Role Overview :</b><br/><br/>We are seeking an experienced Lead Consultant - Cyber Security (B2B SOC MSS) to drive product implementation, operations, and service excellence in Security Operations.
</p><p><br/></p><p>This role will lead technical project teams in deploying and managing cutting-edge cyber security products and services.
</p><p><br/></p><p>The ideal candidate will bring strong implementation experience, deep technical knowledge, and skills to ensure successful customer engagements.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Lead technical consultants and analysts for successful implementation/migration of Cyber Security products & services.<br/><br/>- Provide advanced-level support for security operations, product rollouts, and post-implementation services.<br/><br/>- Carry out POCs, solution design, and end-to-end product implementations without external support.<br/><br/>- Ensure adherence to security processes, procedures, and compliance requirements.<br/><br/>- Provide timely incident response and support for security alerts and threats (including off-hours).<br/><br/>- Develop functional specifications for integrating/adopting security requirements into enterprise infrastructure.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with customer business groups to identify, classify, and secure critical data assets.<br/><br/>- Prepare periodic reports and dashboards based on defined rule parameters.<br/><br/>- Mentor and guide team members on best practices, troubleshooting, and escalation handling.<br/><br/>- Ensure smooth coordination with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver customer-focused outcomes.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & Experience :</b><br/><br/>- 8+ years of overall experience in cyber security implementation & operations.<br/><br/>- Successfully implemented 4 to 5 security projects in customer environments.<br/><br/>Hands-on expertise in at least two of the following :<br/><br/>- Firewall<br/><br/>- DLP<br/><br/>- Proxy<br/><br/>- Email Security<br/><br/>- NAC Solutions<br/><br/>- EDR/XDR Solutions<br/><br/>- SOC and SIEM Solutions<br/><br/>- Hyperconverged Infrastructure<br/><br/>- Active Directory<br/><br/>- Strong working knowledge of SOC/SIEM tools and operational best practices.<br/><br/>- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams of security consultants/analysts.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with networking (TCP/IP, routing, authentication, DNS, web/mail services).<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of system logs, host-based firewalls, Anti-Malware and common OS environments (Windows, Linux, UNIX).<br/><br/>- Ability to assess and resolve security incidents and vulnerabilities independently.<br/><br/>- Awareness of critical data types (PII, NPI, PCI, HIPAA, etc.).<br/><br/>- Good communication and documentation skills.<br/><br/>- Strong customer service orientation with ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.<br/><br/><b>Education & Certifications :</b><br/><br/>- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent.<br/><br/>- Preferred certifications (one or more): SIEM Platform Certification, CCNA, CEH, MCSE, CISSP, or equivalent industry-recognized certifications.<br/><br/>- Product certifications in relevant security technologies (firewalls, DLP, SIEM, EDR, etc.) are a strong advantage.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
