**What You’ll Be Doing**

+ **Architecting Excellence** : Define and evolve Tosca test automation architecture across SAP S/4HANA and integrated systems like Salesforce and Hybris.
+ **Building Scalable Solutions** : Design reusable and maintainable Tosca frameworks using Test Case Design, Reusable Modules, and Libraries.
+ **Driving Standards** : Establish global governance, best practices, and usage guidelines for Tosca.
+ **Platform Stewardship** : Manage Tosca components including Repositories, Workspaces, DEX Agents, TDS, and Server infrastructure.
+ **CI/CD Integration** : Seamlessly integrate Tosca into DevOps pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions) to enable continuous testing.
+ **Mentoring for Growth** : Coach and guide automation engineers and testers, fostering a learning culture and technical excellence.
+ **Multi-Layer Automation** : Lead efforts in UI, API, and data-level automation, leveraging tools like Tosca API Scan and Postman.
+ **Cross-Functional Collaboration** : Partner with ERP/BI teams, Product Owners, and DevOps to align automation strategies with business goals.
+ **Quality Advocacy** : Represent test automation in audits, reviews, and architecture boards, championing quality at every stage.

**What We're Looking For**

We’re seeking a proactive and technically strong professional who thrives in a dynamic, global environment and is passionate about automation and continuous learning.

You’ll bring:

+ A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
+ 5+ years of experience in test automation, with at least 3 years hands-on in Tosca.
+ Deep expertise in Tosca modules: Test Case Design, API Scan, TDS, DEX.
+ Proven experience building Tosca frameworks in SAP S/4HANA environments (on-prem and cloud).
+ Strong CI/CD integration skills using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
+ Proficiency in API testing with tools like Postman and Tosca API Scan.
+ A mindset geared toward reusability, scalability, and maintainability.
+ Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across cultures and time zones.
