<p><p><b>Role Overview :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>We are seeking a Lead Content Developer (.NET) to build and manage application-level content on our learning platform.
In this role, youll create real-world sample apps, hands-on project templates, and coding scenarios that help learners develop practical skills.
Youll collaborate with product and content teams to develop full-stack applications, integrate APIs, and simulate enterprise-grade workflows that are deployable, testable, and scalable.
This role is ideal for a developer who enjoys building real applications and translating that into project-based learning.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b></p><p><br/><b><br/></b>- Design and develop production-quality web applications used as learning projects or assessments.<br/><br/></p><p>- Create full-stack templates and sample projects in MERN / MEAN / .NET Core, aligned with industry standards.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop and integrate REST APIs, auth mechanisms, DB models, and real-world workflows.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are technically robust, scalable, and pedagogically relevant.<br/><br/></p><p>- Review and refactor codebases to ensure best practices in architecture, security, and performance.<br/><br/></p><p>- Work with QA and content teams to make projects testable and auto-evaluated within our platform.<br/><br/></p><p>- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the design of the overall learning architecture.<br/><br/></p><p>- Lead and mentor a team of content developers.<br/><br/></p><p>- Allocate tasks, review deliverables, and ensure quality.<br/><br/></p><p>- Provide technical guidance and support team growth.<br/><br/></p><p>- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align content goals.<br/><br/><b>Preferred Technical Expertise :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- ASP.NET Core MVC, C#, Entity Framework Core<br/><br/></p><p>- SQL Server, Web API, Microservices<br/><br/></p><p>- Angular (for frontend), HTML, CSS, JavaScript<br/><br/></p><p>- Testing with NUnit, Karma<br/><br/><b>Must-Have Qualifications :</b></p><p><br/><b><br/></b>- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.<br/><br/></p><p>- 5+ years of full-stack development experience.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong in real-world application development, not just algorithms or theory.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and modular code.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams or startups.<br/><br/></p><p>- Passion for education, learning, and improving how developers grow.<br/><br/><b>Nice-to-Have :</b></p><p><br/><b><br/></b>- Experience in creating developer challenges, hands-on labs, or automated code assessments.<br/><br/></p><p>- Exposure to cloud environments (AWS / Azure).<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with DevOps workflows or containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).<br/><br/><b>Work Location : </b>Coimbatore.<br/></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
