BMC HelixGPT is BMC’s strategic approach to Generative AI, powering simplified, actionable insights and automated resolutions throughout the BMC Helix platform.
Job Description (Data Science): •Python proficiency • 9+ years experience designing and developing deep learning, machine learning, optimization and statistical models using frameworks like Tensorflow, Keras, PyTorch, MXNet •Very good understanding of Generative AI Concepts •Proficiency in Generative AI frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex •Hands-on Exposure to vector databases, and advanced RAG.
•Hands-on explore to Knowledge Graphs is a plus.
•Good Experience in Prompt Engineering •Understanding of encoder and encoder-decoder model architectures.
•Knowledge of the latest techniques in this space such as LORA adaptors, PEFT, quantization •Experience in practical training cycles •Experience with GPU usage •Experience with inference accelerators •Knowledge of fine tuning LLMs including BERT and GPT based.
