<p><p><b>Job Description :</b><br/><b><br/></b></p><p><p><b>Years of Experience :</b> Minimum 7+ Type :</b> Full-Time, Permanent (FTE with Period :</b> Immediate Joiners Mode :</b> Skills :</b></p><p><br/></p>- 7 + years experience in MS Dynamics CRM<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience working as Sr D365 Developer for at least two complete CRM implementation.<br/><br/></p><p>- Good experience working on Power Apps and Power Automate.<br/><br/></p><p>- Good experience integrating with external systems using Azure APIM or similar middleware.<br/><br/></p><p>- Good experience creating Web Api, Logic Apps, Azure Functions for integrating with various external and internal systems.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience working on SSRS/Power BI reports and dashboards.<br/><br/></p><p>- Good hands on experience working on Customer Service modules.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Advising on best practices for CRM development or integration processes.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in Managing client communication and delegating tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel, including managing client expectations, foreseeing risks and reporting them Writing Technical specifications.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment Environments Estimating the Change requests<br/><br/></p><p>- Internally motivated, able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes<br/><br/></p><p>- Lead the team by giving the required technical and functional knowledge<br/><br/></p><p>- Demonstrate Customer Focus, active listening and consultative approach<br/><br/></p><p>- Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise team members<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong analytical skills with excellent problem solving abilities.<br/><br/></p><p>- Should have good communication, leadership and team handling Skills :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Experience in Health Domain<br/><br/></p><p>- Certifications in MS Dynamics & Power platform.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with Continuous Integration Tools and Techniques<br/><br/></p><p>- Out of box thinking is anticipated</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
