At our company, we believe and expect all of our employees to operate as one with unlimited potential and dignity.<br/><br/> Striim is seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to oversee a team of engineers and play a critical role in advancing the companys cloud-native platform.<br/><br/> This hybrid position, based at one of our offices in India, will collaborate closely with global teams across the organization.<br/><br/> Headquartered in Silicon Valley, Striim is a fast-growing technology company leveraging a modern stack that includes microservices, Kubernetes, Golang, and multi-cloud environments (GCP, Azure, AWS) to build and support cloud-native, unified solutions of real-time data streaming, enterprise-level data integration, and agentic AI.<br/><br/> The successful candidate will provide technical leadership, ensure operational excellence, and drive the scalability and reliability of Striims : </b><br/><br/> - Own DevOps projects and initiate decisions to drive them forward.<br/><br/> - Lead the DevOps team and Provide support for our infrastructure in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.<br/><br/> - Mentor and guide fellow team members.<br/><br/> - Build, deploy, monitor, support software to ensure the continuous reliability of the systems capacity and performance in adherance to our Service Level Agreements (SLA).<br/><br/> - Contribute to architecture and technical discussions.<br/><br/> - Provide on-call support and be responsible for fixing production issues.</p><p><br/><b>Requirements : </b><br/><br/> - 6+ years of experience in programming, system operations & latest distributed systems.<br/><br/> - Proven experience in a lead role, with a strong background in ownership, decision-making, and team mentorship.<br/><br/> - Proficient in leveraging CI and CD tools such as spinnaker / argocd / tectoncd /jenkins to automate testing and deployment.<br/><br/> - Proven professional experience supporting cloud-based Production Systems in Azure, GCP, or AWS.<br/><br/> - Proven and proficient programming language experience : Golang / Java / Python / Groovy / Nodejs.<br/><br/> - Must have Cloud platform knowledge in AWS/GCP/Azure (multi-cloud preferred).<br/><br/> - Must have Cloud networking knowledge in VPC, NATs, and routers.<br/><br/> - Professional experience building, deploying, scaling, and supporting high-performance distributed systems.<br/><br/> - Professional experience with database systems, including internal infrastructure, transaction processing, and real-time event-driven processing, preferred.<br/><br/> - Thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with other engineers.<br/><br/> - Must be eligible to work flexible hours for on-call rotations.<br/><br/> - Must be eligible to work on-site on a hybrid schedule.<br/><br/> - Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field of study, or relevant work experience.</p><p><br/><b>Benefits : </b><br/><br/> -
