<p><p><b>Job Description Lead DevOps Engineer</b><br/><br/><b>Experience : 6+ Years</b><br/><br/><b>Location : Remote</b><br/><br/><b>Notice Period : Immediate Joiner</b><br/><br/><b>Role : Consultant / Freelancer</b><br/><br/>We are seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to design, build, and manage scalable, secure, and high-performance infrastructure across AWS and Azure environments.<br/><br/><b>All About You :</b><br/><br/>We value passion and attitude over experience.

Instead, weve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role :<br/><br/></p><p>- A Bachelor's or Masters degree in computer science & information systems or related engineering<br/><br/></p><p>- A strong background in DevOps with hands-on configuration and deployment<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of Ansible, Terraform, Python, and scripting Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes (CKA certification is a plus)<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with Azure cloud-based provisioning, deployment, and monitoring<br/><br/></p><p>- Understanding of platform security best practices<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficiency in source control/configuration management including Git, and GitLab; familiarity with Azure DevOps and Visual Studio Code is a plus<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborative spirit with proven capabilities in working with international teams<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in working with data engineering and data science teams is a plu<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions on AWS/Azure ensuring scalability, resilience, and security.<br/><br/></p><p>- Lead the automation of infrastructure provisioning using IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM/Bicep).<br/><br/></p><p>- Manage CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, etc.) to streamline code integration and deployment.<br/><br/></p><p>- Implement and monitor system performance using observability tools (CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure security best practices across cloud environments including IAM, RBAC, VPC, and secrets management.<br/><br/></p><p>- Optimize cloud costs through proactive monitoring and resource management.<br/><br/></p><p>- Manage containerized workloads with Kubernetes (EKS/AKS) and Docker.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with development teams to enable DevSecOps culture and ensure smooth application releases.<br/><br/></p><p>- Establish disaster recovery and backup strategies to maintain business continuity.
