We are seeking a Senior .NET Full-Stack Lead with deep expertise in end-to-end solution design, cloud-native development on Azure, and enterprise-grade CI/CD automation via Azure DevOps.

The ideal candidate will lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and compliant digital platforms ,leveraging modern .NET (Core, 6/7/8), microservices, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps automation

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end solution architecture for complex, multi-domain enterprise applications using .NET (Core, 6/7/8), Angular, and microservices.
- Design and implement cloud-native, scalable, and secure applications on Microsoft Azure, leveraging PaaS (App Services, Functions), IaaS, and serverless patterns.
- Architect and govern CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps — including YAML-based pipelines, release strategies, artifact management, environment provisioning, and automated testing integration.
- Champion Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using ARM, Bicep, or Terraform for consistent, repeatable, and auditable deployments.
- Own solution design documentation, including architecture decision records (ADRs), system context diagrams, data flow models, and integration blueprints.
- Drive DevOps culture and practices — including automated testing (Selenium, NUnit), monitoring (Dynatrace, Grafana), logging, and feedback loops.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Client Stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Mentor senior developers and architects; conduct technical reviews, code walkthroughs, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Partner with Security, Compliance, and Operations teams to embed governance into the development lifecycle.
- Lead solution discovery, feasibility analysis, and prototyping for new features, integrations, and platform enhancements.

Required Qualification:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in software development with 5+ years as a lead or senior technical leader.
- Proven expertise in .NET (Core, 6/7/8) and full-stack development using C#, ASP.NET, Web API, Entity Framework, SignalR, and modern frontend frameworks (Angular, React).
- Extensive hands-on experience with Azure DevOps — including YAML pipelines, release gates, artifact feeds, test plans, and integration with GitHub/GitLab.
- Deep understanding of Azure cloud services: App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Azure Blob Storage, Azure Active Directory, Key Vault, Service Bus, Event Grid, and Azure Monitor.
- Strong experience with CI/CD automation, infrastructure as code (IaC), and environment lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes on AKS) is a plus.
- Knowledge of monitoring & observability tools: Dynatrace, Grafana, Application Insights.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with strong documentation and collaboration skills.
