<p>Role : Lead Engineer - .NET<br/><br/>Skills :</p><p><br/></p><p>Mandatory : ASP.NET Core, WEB AI, Microservices, AWS, Azure<br/><br/>Good to have : Angular, ReactJS</p><p><br/>Total Experience : 7+ years<br/><br/>Work Location : Cochin / Trivandrum (Hybrid - 3 Days In Office)<br/><br/>Job Purpose (Onsite/Offshore) :<br/><br/>Be a Lead Engineer in Web API development using .NET.<br/><br/>Duties and Responsibilities :<br/><br/>- Expertise in developing .NET Core-based web applications with RDBMS or NoSQL database back-end.<br/><br/>- Excellent development experience using ASP.NET MVC, Web API, etc.<br/><br/>- Proven expertise in developing web applications in .NET Core.<br/><br/>- Experience with Entity Framework Core, LINQ, Blazor, ASP.NET Identity.<br/><br/>- Strong knowledge in REST API, OOP concepts, and design patterns.<br/><br/>- Review PRs and ensure test coverage.<br/><br/>- Willingness to learn and develop with new/unfamiliar technologies.<br/><br/>- Experience in developing static code analyzer.<br/><br/>- Clear understanding of CI/CD environments.<br/><br/>- Ability to integrate diverse data sources and databases into one system.<br/><br/>- Experience with cloud services (AWS Lambda, SNS, Azure Functions, etc from AWS/Azure/GCP).<br/><br/>- Experience in micro-services architecture.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficiency in versioning tools like GIT, SVN.<br/><br/>- Passion for best design/coding practices and innovative ideas.<br/><br/>- Knowledge of project tracking tools (JIRA, Azure) and collaboration tools (Confluence).<br/><br/>- Strong communication skills to convey ideas with clarity and detail.<br/><br/>- Prepare process and design documentation.<br/><br/>- Active participant in Scrum Agile ceremonies; lead them if required.<br/><br/>Nice to have :<br/><br/>- GIS experience.<br/><br/>- Experience with identity providers like IdentityServer, Auth0, Keycloak.<br/><br/>Skills and Competencies :<br/><br/>- Ownership of tasks/user stories for self/team.<br/><br/>- Lead sprint tasks, review code, ensure quality.<br/><br/>- Write clean, well-designed code.<br/><br/>- Follow development processes defined by client/org and help evolve them.<br/><br/>- Convert user stories into specifications and working code.<br/><br/>- Follow Agile/TDD and ensure team compliance.<br/><br/>- Produce detailed specifications and user stories from business requirements.<br/><br/>- Troubleshoot, test, and maintain core software.<br/><br/>- Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.<br/><br/>- Educate and review best practices in the team.<br/><br/>- Track and pilot new industry tools/trends for team adoption.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with Technical Architects on solution/architecture design.<br/><br/>- Understand business goals and align design/development with them.<br/><br/>- Strong analytical skills to identify gaps, assess feasibility, and propose solutions.<br/><br/>- Estimate and split tasks for stories, ensuring accountability.<br/><br/>- Mentor junior team members.<br/><br/>- Take initiative in suggesting and implementing best practices.<br/><br/>- Initiate PoCs and feasibility studies</p> (ref:hirist.tech)
