<p><p><b>Role :</b> Lead Frontend Developer<br/><br/><b>Job Description :</b><br/><br/>We are looking for a seasoned and experienced professional Front End Developer-Team Lead.<br/><br/>This applicant will play a pivotal role in leading and managing a small team of front-end developers on and off shore, to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality web applications.<br/><br/>The role requires a hands-on approach, where you will actively contribute to development tasks while providing guidance and mentorship to your team members.<br/><br/>You will be responsible for driving the technical direction of projects, ensuring UI development guidelines, best practices, and standards are followed, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive and evolve the company's brand throughout the user experience.<br/><br/>In addition to your technical expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, you will have strong leadership and project management skills to deliver high-quality web solutions.<br/><br/>The position will report to the Technology Lead, and will also work as a liaison between the Development and QA teams.<br/><br/>You will collaborate with designers to transform design mockups and wireframes into responsive and interactive web applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.<br/><br/>The role is onsite Monday - Friday 2pm-11pm IST.<br/><br/><b>Number of Positions :</b> 1<br/><br/><b>Employment Type :</b> Full-time<br/><br/><b>Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Manage a team of two front-end developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment<br/><br/>- Lead by example, actively participating in the development of front-end solutions<br/><br/>- Ensure the successful execution of front-end development tasks, distribute work assignments, and monitor progress adhering to project timelines and milestones<br/><br/>- Promote a positive team culture that values communication, accountability, and continuous improvement<br/><br/>- Work with digital designers and developers to implement compelling designs and innovative solutions for the website and help maintain all user-facing features<br/><br/>- Develop CSS and asset libraries as well as produce reusable code to help maintain consistency in brand execution<br/><br/>- Communicate with clients in order to execute desired results for UI features provided in our SaaS offerings<br/><br/>- Assist QA to test pages on multiple browsers and displays across mobile, tablet, and desktop devices;
