  Responsibilities   
     Head the design and development of Java-based applications using SQL, Spring, and Hibernate frameworks    Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and deliver new features    Develop clean, scalable, and efficient code    Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance code for improved performance and scalability    Mentor and support junior developers with coding best practices and design patterns    Review code to ensure compliance with coding standards and guidelines    Engage in requirement gathering and analysis    Create and implement unit tests to ensure code reliability    Integrate software components with third-party programs    Ensure code quality, organization, and automation are maintained    Enhance applications for optimal speed and scalability    Pursue continuous improvement by exploring new technologies and alternatives    Document development phases and monitor systems    Ensure compliance with security and data protection regulations    Oversee project timelines and deliverables    
  Requirements   
     Demonstrated experience as a Lead Java Developer with 5+ years of professional experience    1+ years of experience in a leadership role    Advanced programming skills in Java, with expertise in object-oriented design principles    Proficiency with Java frameworks such as DropWizard, Spring, and Hibernate    Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with distributed storage systems like DB2, Oracle    Familiarity with web development frameworks (Angular or React)    Proficient in code versioning tools, such as Git    Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills    Effective communication and team collaboration abilities    Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field    Experience with Agile development methodologies    Capability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently    
  Nice to have   
     Experience with MongoDB, Apache Cassandra, and other RDBMS Tools    Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines    Practical knowledge of Unix/Linux environments
