<p><p><b>Experience/Domain Knowledge Needed :</b><br/><br/> <b>Primary Skills (hands on with networking deployments mandatory requirement) :</b><br/><br/> - Network Routing & Switching, Checkpoint and FortiGate Firewalls and VMWare SDWAN.<br/><br/> - Technical Project management.<br/><br/> - Cisco Unified Border Element (CUBE).<br/><br/> - Session Border Controllers (SBC).<br/><br/> - LDAP, AD LDS and Cisco Collaboration Hybrid Solutions.<br/><br/> - Cisco Webex Meetings, Video Conferencing and Control Hub.<br/><br/> <b>Secondary Skills (Secondary Skills Good To Have) :</b><br/><br/> - Zscaler Internet access and Zscaler Private Access.<br/><br/> - Virtualisation (VMWare / Nutanix).<br/><br/> - AWS / Azure Cloud Technologies.<br/><br/> - Familiarity with automation and scripting (Eg. Network Automation).<br/><br/> - Cisco Control Hub, Cisco Webex Calling Multi-Tenant.<br/><br/> - Security and Hybrid Calendar Services.<br/><br/> - Cisco Unified Communication Manager (CUCM).<br/><br/> <b>Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/> - Design and propose high-level and low-level network architectures, including LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, MPLS and cloud connectivity.<br/><br/> - Support with Build and upgrade activities for the LAN, WAN, SD-WAN solutions.<br/><br/> - Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure and network-related projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.<br/><br/> - Interact with Customers for understanding and supporting their requirements with LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, MPLS, VPN, and cloud connectivity.<br/><br/> - Lead solution design workshops and technical presentations for customers and stakeholders.<br/><br/> - Configure and troubleshoot Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) Unity Connection, Expressways, Webex Meeting, Webex Video Conferencing Devices and Management via.
Control Hub.<br/><br/> - Sound knowledge on LDAP, AD LDS and Cisco Directory Connectors.<br/><br/> - Produce HLD/LLD documentation for Collaboration solutions.<br/><br/> - Create detailed design documents, implementation plans, and BOMs (Bill of Materials).<br/><br/> - Ensure proposed solutions meet performance, security, and compliance requirements.<br/><br/> - Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in network design and security.<br/><br/> - Drive end-to-end project execution - from solutioning, planning, and implementation to testing and operational handover.<br/><br/>- The candidate should have around 7-10 years of relevant Infrastructure experience with excellent hands on experience on networking technologies & project management skills.<br/><br/>- B.Tech Computer Engineering/E&C/MCA/BSc/MSc Computer Science /IT.<br/><br/>- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid approaches.<br/><br/>- Proficiency in using project management tools like MS Project, JIRA, ServiceNow, or Smartsheet.<br/><br/>- Proven experience in handling vendor and stakeholder management across global teams.<br/><br/>- Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.<br/><br/>- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is highly desirable.<br/><br/>- A fundamental grasp of AI tools will be an added benefit.<br/><br/>- Hands-on experience with technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, Fortinet, SD-WAN (i.e. , Velocloud, Viptela, Versa, Meraki), and cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP).<br/><br/>- Ability to work independently and manage multiple solution engagements simultaneously.<br/><br/>Allianz Group is one of the most trusted insurance and asset management companies in the world.
