We’ve been growing for four years and are now looking for a Lead QA Engineer to help us scale further.
Our team works 100% remotely and asynchronously, following modern software development practices.

What You’ll Do- Lead and mentor the QA team, defining quality standards and best practices
- Design and implement test automation strategies for regression and performance testing
- Establish and maintain QA processes across Web (React), Mobile (Flutter), Backend (Elixir/NodeJS), and Infrastructure (Kubernetes)
- Collaborate with product and development teams to integrate quality into every stage of development
- Drive continuous improvement in testing methodologies and processes
- Manage test environments and coordinate testing activities across platforms
- Create and maintain detailed test documentation and reporting
- Mentor junior QA engineers and help grow the QA function
What We’re Looking For- MSc/BSc in a STEM field or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years in QA, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Hands-on experience with automation tools: Playwright, Selenium, BrowserStack
- Strong programming skills in Python and TypeScript
- Experience testing Web (React), Mobile (Flutter), and Backend (Elixir/NodeJS)
- Performance testing experience (JMeter, K6, or similar)
- Solid understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, API testing, and database testing
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Experience working in startups and remote teams
- Self-driven, organized, and proactive
Bonus Points For- Infrastructure testing experience (Kubernetes, Docker)
- Mobile automation testing expertise
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools
- Load and stress testing experience
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with test management tools
- Understanding of security testing practices
- Database knowledge (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
