This role requires technical expertise, solution architecture skills, and leadership abilities to optimize Salesforce for our growing startup ecosystem.<br/><br/><b>Location :</b> Bangalore/Kolkata (On site)<br/><br/><b>Experience Required :</b> 10-15 years<br/><br/><b>What youll do :</b><br/><br/><b>Salesforce Development & Customization :</b><br/><br/>- Design and develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.<br/><br/>- Architect and implement robust Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and middleware solutions.<br/><br/>- Oversee data architecture, modeling, security, and governance within Salesforce.<br/><br/>- Drive automation using Flows, Process Builder, Workflows, and Custom Triggers.<br/><br/>- Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability.<br/><br/><b>Leadership & Strategy :</b><br/><br/>- Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, administrators, and business analysts.<br/><br/>- Define Salesforce roadmap and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.<br/><br/>- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and design scalable solutions.<br/><br/><b>Technical Oversight & Best Practices :</b><br/><br/>- Establish and enforce best practices for development, testing, and deployment.<br/><br/>- Conduct code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.<br/><br/>- Maintain compliance with Salesforce governance, security, and regulatory standards.<br/><br/>- Stay updated on Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends, bringing innovation to Kenverse and T2Cs solutions.<br/><br/><b>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :</b><br/><br/>- Knowledge, proven experience, and skill with Apex, SOQL and SOSL<br/><br/>- Knowledge, proven experience, and skill with Async Apex<br/><br/>- Knowledge, proven experience on Apex Enterprise Patterns is a plus<br/><br/>- Knowledge, proven experience, and skill with Lightning Web Components - LWC<br/><br/>- Knowledge, proven experience, and skilled in REST APIs, Integrations<br/><br/>- Developing solutions with best practice front of mind<br/><br/>- Good Debugging skills on Apex and LWC<br/><br/>- Understanding of Profiles, Permission Sets, Permission Set Groups and Sharing Settings<br/><br/>- Understanding of Reports and Dashboards<br/><br/>- Understanding of Process Automation tools<br/><br/>- Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, security models, and best practices.<br/><br/>- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and drive execution in an agile environment.<br/><br/>- Certified system architect<br/><br/>- Experience in Education Cloud and Managed Package development.
