Job Title: Lead ServiceNow Quality Analyst

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Lead ServiceNow Quality Analyst to ensure the quality and reliability of ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, and upgrades.
The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of QA methodologies, a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, and experience leading QA efforts in agile environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead QA efforts for ServiceNow projects including Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Service Catalog, and custom applications.
- Develop and maintain test strategies, plans, and cases for ServiceNow functionalities and integrations.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and identify quality risks early.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing across multiple ServiceNow modules.
- Utilize automated testing tools such as ATF (Automated Test Framework) and other third-party tools as applicable.
- Maintain and enhance automated test suites for continuous testing in CI/CD pipelines.
- Track and report defects and testing progress using tools like JIRA, ServiceNow Agile, or Test Management plugins.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior QA analysts on ServiceNow testing best practices.
- Ensure testing complies with ITSM/ITIL processes and ServiceNow platform governance.
 
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of Quality Assurance experience, with at least 3 years focused on ServiceNow testing.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or others.
- Proficiency in using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) and/or Selenium or other test automation tools.
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Application Developer, or ATF Specialist).
- Experience with ServiceNow upgrade testing and managing testing cycles during version releases.
- Familiarity with API testing using Postman or similar tools.
- Experience in CI/CD environments using tools like Jenkins, Git, or Azure DevOps.
