What will you do?

• Drive UX Excellence: Lead the implementation of intuitive, pixel-perfect user interfaces that delight users.
• Enhance Performance: Optimise primarily frontend along with backend applications for enterprise-scale performance, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Mentor Engineers: Foster a culture of frontend and backend engineering excellence by guiding and mentoring team members.
• Design and Build: Develop scalable frontend architectures tailored for complex enterprise environments.
• Innovate: Drive the adoption of modern frontend practices, frameworks, and technologies.
• Collaborate: Work closely with design, product, and backend teams to deliver cohesive and exceptional user experiences.

Core Expertise:

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks like Vue.Js or React combined with solid backend experience in Node.Js, Python, or similar technologies.
• Proven ability to build pixel-perfect, user-centric frontend applications that meet enterprise standards.
• Deep knowledge of state management patterns, modern build tools, and frontend performance optimization.
• Expertise in debugging and solving complex challenges in large-scale applications.

Leadership & Impact:

• Advanced skills in designing scalable full stack architectures and leading key technical decisions that shape enterprise platforms.
• Demonstrated experience leading frontend architecture decisions and mentoring engineering teams to foster a culture of growth and excellence.
• Ability to set and uphold high standards for engineering practices, driving team productivity and innovation.

Growth and Innovation:

• Passion for driving the adoption of modern technologies and best practices in full stack development.
• Experience with micro-frontend architectures and familiarity with B2B SaaS platforms.
• Commitment to creating intuitive, high-performing user interfaces that enhance platform adoption and business impact.

• Strong ability to work in cross-functional teams, collaborating effectively with product, design, and backend teams to deliver cohesive solutions.
