<p><p><b>Job Description : </b><br/><br/>This is a permanent role with on of the biggest IT Services & Consulting Enterprise A valued client of Hallmark Search Partners.<br/><br/><b>Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/>- Write clean, reusable code that follows best practices while establishing coding standards and team conventions.<br/><br/>- Advocate for developer experience and work toward continuous improvements in that area.<br/><br/>- Foster a blameless culture focused on continuous improvement and technical excellence.<br/><br/>- Lead and influence the technical design, architecture, and development of digital projects.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with Engineering Managers, Engineering Leads, and Product Managers to understand project challenges and define technical scopes.<br/><br/>- Set up software development frameworks for release management, automation, code quality, and source control.<br/><br/>- Provide technical leadership and mentor fellow engineers within the Two Circles team.<br/><br/>- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in sports technology.<br/><br/><b>Qualifications : </b><br/><br/>- Minimum of 8+ years' experience in software engineering.<br/><br/>- Solid understanding of C# and .NET and TypeScript fundamentals, with hands-on experience using Node.js.<br/><br/>- Strong knowledge of database systems, including document-oriented databases like MongoDB and relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with at least one JavaScript framework (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).<br/><br/>- Familiarity with software architecture principles and common design patterns for scalable systems.<br/><br/>- Understanding of DevOps and platform engineering culture is desirable.<br/><br/>- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across various audiences.<br/><br/><b>Preferred Skills : </b><br/><br/>- A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.<br/><br/>- Keen interest in sports and the sports business sector.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with technologies that enhance data analytics and user engagement.<br/><br/><b>Experience : </b><br/><br/>- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development engineering.<br/><br/><b>Growth Opportunities : </b><br/><br/>As part our client dynamic and performance-driven culture, career progression opportunities are based on impact and are continuously providing growth opportunities.<br/></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
