Youll work closely with other technical teams to design and architect systems that are scalable, reliable, and secure, leveraging both the MCP Platform and cutting-edge industry technologies.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to collaborate directly with other engineering teams, gaining insights into their challenges and goals.

Your expertise will enable you to craft tailored solutions while promoting best practices across teams.

If you are a seasoned software developer eager to engage with customers directly and collaborate across teams to deliver scalable, resilient, and secure systems, we want to hear from you!<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Build reference architectures to accelerate development of solutions.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Get your hands dirty by building proof of concepts to provide guidance to development teams across the platform and customers on how best to utilize the platform features to solve their business problems.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Keep customer needs at the forefront of decision-making.

Guide teams to develop solutions that offer maximum value by understanding use cases and business requirements.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Communicate solutions clearly through architectural diagrams, documentation, and presentations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Maintain and evolve detailed architectural documentation, including design decisions and implementation details.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Contribute to engineering RFCs and promote software development practices that are shared across teams.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Dig deeper into platform APIs and customer integrations to understand and suggest optimized ways of integrating with the MCP platform.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Build strong relationships with customers and domain partners, working closely to understand their needs and deliver impactful Qualifications :</b><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>At Cimpress, we value the diverse experiences and perspectives that each individual brings to our culture.

Were eager to learn more about you.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- 6+ years of experience building software, integrating systems, and delivering applications via the Internet (SaaS, APIs).<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Strong and demonstrable experience in building products from the ground up using modern technologies and practices such as DDD, Microservices, Event driven architecture, Containerization, Cloud technologies (AWS or others), distributed tracing, observability, contract testing, CI/CD etc.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Proficiency in high-level programming languages such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C# but more importantly, you possess strong fundamentals that transfer across tech stacks.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Strong communication skills : Experience in working with various stakeholders in all layers of the organization.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies, languages, and frameworks, even those you havent worked with before.
