About the role
We’re scaling our Core Tech desk across Data (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, dbt), Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Integration/Automation (Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi, Tray), and Enterprise Apps (Salesforce, ServiceNow).
As Lead Recruiter – Core Tech, you’ll own full-cycle recruiting for US clients and uplevel a pod to deliver faster, with quality.
What you’ll do
- Lead end-to-end recruiting for US roles in data engineering/analytics, CRM, cloud, and integration.
- Convert vague JDs into clear, winnable reqs via sharp discovery with Delivery/AE/HM.
- Build candidate pipelines via JobDiva, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, communities, meetups.
- Screen for technical fit and role outcomes;
negotiate compensation/rates and close. - Manage MSP/VMS submissions with speed and accuracy;
prep candidates for interviews. - Maintain pristine ATS hygiene;
publish weekly progressdashboards. - Mentor 1–2 recruiters/sourcers on search strategy and outreach quality.
What you’ve done
- 5–8+ years in US IT recruiting across data/cloud/integration;
proven closures in at least two of: Snowflake/Databricks, AWS/Azure/GCP, Salesforce/ServiceNow, Workato/MuleSoft/Boomi. - Solid grasp of US tax/visa frameworks;
fluent with VMS/MSP environments. - Expert Boolean/X-ray and outbound;
strong storytelling in outreach. - Comfortable with client-facing intakes and partnering tightly with Delivery.
