<p><p><b>Experience</b> : 5 10 Yrs.<br/><br/><b>Location</b> : Hyderabad, Bangalore, Gurgaon, Noida, Kolkata, Pune, Chennai.<br/><br/><b>Notice</b> : Immediate Joiners.<br/><br/>As a Principal DevOps Engineer you will serve as the technical authority and strategic advisor for the Rally to Azure DevOps migration initiative.
You will oversee the end-to-end architectural design, data integrity, Scalability and compliance of the migration process while mentoring teams aligning enterprise standards and ensuring minimal business disruption.<br/><br/>Your passion for learning, implementing and the ability to ask the right questions, apply analytical skills, problem solving skills, technical skills and reliably complete deliverables with high quality is of utmost importance.<br/><br/>This job is a fully qualified, career-oriented, journey-level position where you get better at your :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Define and own the technical architecture and migration road map from Rally to ADO.<br/><br/></p><p>- Drive strategic decisions on tooling, data fidelity, field mapping and process harmonization.<br/><br/></p><p>- Engage with Senior stakeholders (Product, Security, infrastructure and compliance) to align goals and timelines.<br/><br/></p><p>- Conduct risk management and lead resolution plans for infra, data or access related blockers.<br/><br/></p><p>- Guide lead engineer and DevOps teams on technical implementation and field transformation logic and workflow mapping.<br/><br/></p><p>- Own the cutover strategy including roll back plans, data validation frameworks and post migration Hyper Care.<br/><br/></p><p>- Influence ADO best practices adoption across teams including boards, Queries, Dashboards and Analytics.<br/><br/></p><p>- Present status, Key risks and technical insights to the program steering we seek in Qualifications :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Deep Expertise in both Rally and Azure DevOps, especially their data models and customization capabilities.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven experience leading large scale Agile tool migration.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong Proficiency with REST APIs, data pipelines and transformation logic.<br/><br/></p><p>- Broad technical depth across agile project managements tools, DevOps workflows, and enterprise integrations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with security/access models including Azure AD integration, permissions and compliance polices.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills, ability to bridge technical and non-technical Qualifications/ Skills :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience with enterprise-scale rollout of ADO, including CICD, Boards, and portfolio management.</p><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of reporting migration from Rally dashboards to ADO+Power BI.<br/><br/></p><p>- Exposure to regulatory environment (e.g SOX, GDPR) during tooling migrations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with development teams to implement scalable and resilient architectures for on-premises and cloud applications.<br/><br/></p><p>- Work with stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledgeable on SDLC, unit testing frameworks.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with software development tools and standards e.
