<p><p>This role involves working in teams that use modern agile technical practices including continuous integration and deployment and fast feedback loops to deliver timely and pragmatic solutions, as well as helping others to do their jobs in a more effective way.</p><br/><p><b>You will : </b></p><br/><p>- Influence, collaborate, and manage expectations with immediate stakeholders and the team.</p><br/><p>- Build with consideration for the customer's ability to support and maintain the software.</p><br/><p>- Provide support and leadership by mentoring client team members.</p><br/><p>- Clearly communicate technical concepts or ideas to any audience.</p><br/><p>- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing environments.</p><br/><p><b>You have : </b></p><br/><p>- Open and capable of pair or mob programming.</p><br/><p>- Can work closely with developers in cross-functional teams.</p><br/><p>- Programming language and coding experience (e.g., able to build a simple service with automated tests).</p><br/><p>- Strong automation skills, including experience with unit testing and automated testing tools.</p><br/><p>- Delivers small pieces of work continuously.</p><br/><p>- Prefers shorter feedback loops and aims for all work to go to production.</p><br/><p>- Understands when and why to use a branching strategy and recognizes when a branching strategy has gone too far.</p><br/><p>- Strong technical background in build, release, and environments, with experience and expertise in software build tools, CI tools like Jenkins, Gitlab, and Github Actions.</p><br/><p>- Strong knowledge of Linux and/or Windows.</p><br/><p>- Comfortable working on the command line.</p><br/><p>- Solid understanding of Cloud Computing providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and experience with functions, containers, and virtual machines.</p><br/><p>- Familiarity with infrastructure provisioning tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, Azure ARM, Pulumi).</p><br/><p>- Understanding of telemetry practices (monitoring, graphing, alerting, anomaly detection) and tools (e.g., Elastic, Grafana, Datadog, Sensu, Prometheus).</p><br/><p>- Proficient in network implementation, debugging network issues, and collaborating with networking teams to build and maintain networks.</p><br/><p>- Experience running, operating, and supporting software in production.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
