highly experienced and passionate Senior Salesforce Developer with 7+ years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team.<br/><br/> The ideal candidate will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality, scalable Salesforce solutions across Service, Sales, and Experience Clouds.<br/><br/> You will leverage your expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura, and integrations to build robust features, optimize existing applications, and contribute significantly to our DevSecOps environment.<br/><br/> This role demands strong technical acumen, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to best practices and continuous learning.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/><b>Salesforce Development & Customization : </b><br/><br/>- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality custom solutions using Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Flows.</p><p><br/>- Utilize Platform Events, Custom Objects, and Salesforce APIs to extend platform capabilities.<br/><br/></p><p>- Implement both custom development solutions and out-of-the-box Salesforce configurations to meet business requirements.<br/><br/><b>Integration & API Management : </b><br/><br/>- Lead the development of robust integrations between Salesforce and various third-party platforms using REST, SOAP, and Bulk APIs.</p><p><br/>- Apply a strong understanding of integration concepts and patterns.<br/><br/><b>Quality, Testing & DevOps : </b><br/><br/>- Apply advanced debugging, testing, and optimization skills to ensure application performance, scalability, and reliability.</p><p><br/>- Maintain and improve existing software applications, proactively discovering and fixing programming bugs.<br/><br/></p><p>- Work effectively within a DevSecOps environment, utilizing Git for version control and CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab, GitHub, Bitbucket, Bamboo) for automated deployments.<br/><br/><b>Collaboration & Communication : </b><br/><br/>- Demonstrate exceptional customer service, verbal/written communication, and collaboration skills when working with diverse stakeholders with varying technical expertise.<br/><br/></p><p>- Work independently and proactively, effectively identifying and mitigating risks, and managing time impeccably.<br/><br/><b>Documentation & Best Practices : </b><br/><br/>- Prove ability to write quality, fit-for-purpose documentation, including, but not limited to, Knowledge Base (KB) articles, technical designs, and release notes.<br/><br/></p><p>- Maintain a strong understanding and promote Salesforce best practices and functionality within the team.<br/><br/></p><p>- Operate effectively within an ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) environment.<br/><br/><b>Continuous Learning & Innovation : </b><br/><br/>- Exhibit a strong desire, passion, and tenacity to set a releases, and best practices.<br/><br/><p><b>Required Skills & Qualifications : </b></p><p><br/>- <b>Experience : </b> Minimum 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.</p></p><p><br/>- <b>Core Salesforce Development : </b> Expertise in Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Aura, Flows, Platform Events, Custom Objects, Salesforce APIs, and Force.com development.</p><p><br/>- <b>Cloud Expertise : </b> Strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud.<br/><br/></p><p>- <b>Custom Development & Configuration : </b> Proven ability to deliver custom development solutions in Salesforce Lightning (Apex, LWC, AURA) as well as leveraging out-of-the-box configurations.<br/><br/></p><p>- <b>Integrations : </b> Strong understanding of integration concepts and practical experience developing integrations using REST, SOAP, and Bulk APIs.<br/><br/></p><p>- <b>DevSecOps & Version Control : </b> Experience working in a DevSecOps environment, proficient </p><p>with Git, and familiar with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab, GitHub, Bitbucket, Bamboo).<br/><br/></p><p>- <b>Quality & Optimization : </b> Advanced debugging, testing, and optimization skills for Salesforce applications.<br/><br/></p><p>- <b>Communication & Collaboration : </b> Exceptional verbal/written communication and collaboration skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.<br/><br/></p><p>- <b>Documentation : </b> Proven ability to write clear, concise, and fit-for-purpose technical documentation.<br/><br/></p><p>- <b>Problem-Solving & Proactiveness : </b> A tenacious problem-solver who can work independently and proactively, demonstrating strong risk identification/mitigation and time management.<br/><br/></p><p>- <b>Education : </b> Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).<br/><br/><b>Desired Skills & Certifications (Plus Points) : </b><br/><br/>- Salesforce Developer I, Salesforce Developer II, and Platform App Builder certifications are highly regarded.</p><p><br/>- Knowledge of common programming languages and web frameworks such as JavaScript/TypeScript, jQuery, Next.js, React, Vue, Angular, Web Services, HTML5, CSS3, XML, JSON.<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of microservices architecture and API strategy development.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience working
