<p><p><b>As a Lead Engineer, you will :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Design systems that deal with the scale of a billion messages per day<br/><br/></p><p>- Work closely with product managers, designers, frontend engineers, and QA to deliver features and improvements from the design phase to production.<br/><br/></p><p>- Communicating promptly and clearly with all stakeholders.<br/><br/></p><p>- Competence in writing clean, bug-free code and championing best practices in code quality, testing, security, and performance.</p><p><br/>- Awareness of technologies used in their project and coding practices, and tools.<br/><br/></p><p>- Cultivate a culture of ownership, learning, and continuous improvement within the team</p><p><b><br/></b></p><p><b>What will contribute to your success ?</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Minimum experience of 6 years in development with a similar stack<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent knowledge of Golang, event-driven systems like Kafka, databases like MongoDB and Redis.<br/><br/></p><p>- Good to have knowledge of React/Redux and application development around the frontend stack<br/><br/></p><p>- Autonomy, excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, and motivational skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to move cleanly from theoretical to implementation thinking.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with performance and optimization problems and a demonstrated ability to both diagnose and prevent these problems<br/><br/></p><p>- Highly positive attitude and ability to build conducive working relationships with colleagues from all levels.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
