About the role
This a new role to strengthen our workplace capability by partnering with leaders to identify capability gaps and align learning initiatives with business needs.
The Learning & Development Coordinator leads the delivery of high-quality learning and professional development programs.
What you'll be doing
- Undertake learning needs analysis and assessment of capability requirements for job families and specific roles
- Deliver targeted, high impact learning solutions, including producing learning materials and facilitating training
- Support the development and implementation of an annual training program
- Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of learning and development initiatives, from planning and design to implementation and evaluation
- Ensure the timely and effective coordination of mandatory compliance training
What we're looking for
- Demonstrated experience in training, adult education or coaching
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or higher
- Highly developed interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills
- Experience in using learning management systems and platforms
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office
- A team player
