Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and collaborative Learning & Development Coordinator to join our global Learning & Development team.
This role will coordinate training programs, support organization-wide learning initiatives, and help create a culture of continuous improvement and professional development across all levels of insightsoftware.
Learning Program Coordination & Administration
Coordinate start-to-finish logistics for live, virtual training sessions in APAC; manage all activities including participant registration, facilitator procurement, pre and post session communications, attendance tracking and feedback reportingProduce live, virtual training sessions in APAC using Microsoft Teams; manage chat, Q&A, breakout rooms, polling, feedback and attendance reportingSupport coordination for in-person, regional training sessions as needed; can include facilitator procurement, venue booking, materials preparation and technology setupCollaborate with team members and subject matter experts to create and update learning content and materialsMaintain training records and provide insightful analytics and reports on training activities and outcomesCollaborate with L&D owners to provide administrative support to external learning partners and vendorsContent Development & Delivery
Facilitate weekly New Hire Orientation sessions and monthly Week of Welcome onboarding programs while acting as point of contact for new hires in the APAC regionCreate and update assessments in Questionmark tool and add to courses in LMS (Workday Learning)Assist in curation and maintenance of training curriculum on LMS (Workday Learning)Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and developmentLearning Evaluation & Reporting
Create feedback surveys associated with courses in LMS (Workday Learning) and analyze feedback monthlyConduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunitiesEvaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and stakeholder interactionsLearning Support
Organize, update and monitor L&D Team processes documentationCompile and organize training data on L&D Reporting DashboardAnswer routine Learning & Development employee inquiries in JIRA ticketing systemOther ad-hoc L&D duties as neededQualifications
Bachelor's degree (Graduate) in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Education, or related fieldPostgraduate qualification (MBA/PGDM in HR, M.A. in Psychology, M.A. in Education, or equivalent) preferred2+ years’ experience as an administrator/coordinator, preferably in HR, Learning and Development or related fields1+ years' of Learning Management System administration experience; Workday Learning preferredExperience in a multinational, global organization preferredStrong proficiency with MS Office; especially PowerPoint and ExcelStrong proficiency with scheduling and managing events using Microsoft Outlook and TeamsStrong written and verbal communication skillsDetail-oriented, self-starter who is able to work independentlyAbility to organize and prioritize work to handle multiple activities and requests in a fast-paced environmentProactive and willing to take full ownership of assigned responsibilitiesStrong problem solver with the ability to present issues clearly and provide solutionsAdditional Information
