Job Summary: We are looking for an Assistant Manager – IT Technical Trainer with 8+ years of experience in design, deliver, and manage IT training programs.
The role involves developing technical skills across teams, mentoring interns and junior employees, and ensuring alignment of training with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
● Deliver classroom and virtual technical training sessions across IT domains.
● Develop training content, labs, and assessments tailored to business needs.
● Mentor and provide hands-on training to interns and junior team members, guiding them in career development.
● Conduct skill gap analysis and recommend targeted training plans.
● Manage end-to-end training programs, schedules, and reports on training effectiveness.
● Collaborate with HR and business teams to align training with organizational objectives.
● Stay updated on emerging technologies (Cloud, Data, DevOps, Security, etc.) and integrate them into programs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
● Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
● 8+ years’ IT experience, with 4+ years in technical training.
● Expertise in one or more areas: Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Data & Analytics (SQL, Power BI), AI/ML, Programming (Java/Python/.NET/React/Angular), IT Infrastructure/Security.
● Strong mentoring, communication, and presentation skills.
● Experience in managing training programs and working with interns/juniors.
● Relevant certifications (MCT, AWS, Azure, Train the Trainer) preferred.
