Online Class Management- Schedule and monitor online classes through platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or MS Teams.
- Ensure smooth functioning of virtual sessions by providing technical and administrative support.
- Maintain online attendance records, class recordings, and session reports.
- Address faculty or student issues related to online classes promptly.

University & College Visits- Plan and organize visits to universities and colleges for collaboration, student engagement, and admissions outreach.
- Conduct academic counseling sessions, presentations, and awareness programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with college authorities, placement officers, and faculty.
- Represent the organization in academic fairs, seminars, and external events.
- Prepare visit reports, feedback summaries, and partnership proposals.

Student & Faculty Support- Act as a point of contact for students and faculty regarding academic Certificates and program queries.
- Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth academic operations.
- Collect feedback from students and faculty to improve the quality of academic delivery.

Documentation & Reporting- Maintain accurate academic records, schedules, and reports.
- Assist in accreditation, audits, and academic compliance processes.
- Prepare reports on academic progress, student engagement, and visit outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills Required:- 10+2, Bachelor’s or master’s degree in education, Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in academic coordination, administration, or educational operations.
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and online learning platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Willingness to travel for university and college visits.
Preferred Attributes:- Prior experience in EdTech, higher education, or training institutions.
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
- Ability to handle academic scheduling and coordination under tight timelines.
- A proactive, student-centered, and detail-oriented approach.
