Job Title - Onboarding Specialist

Location: Gurugram (Hybrid)

Shifts: Night Shift


Key Responsibilities:


Overview : We are seeking an enthusiastic Onboarding Specialist based in India to support faculty at partner community colleges across the United States.

This role involves onboarding faculty to the LMS program and managing operational tasks to ensure smooth program implementation from a distance.

The ideal candidate will have a background in educational training and operations, with excellent organizational and communication skills to effectively support both onboarding and operational tasks.


Key Responsibilities :


Faculty Onboarding :

  • Assist US-based faculty members through the onboarding process for the LMS program, ensuring they understand the curriculum, classes, and platform features.

  • Conduct virtual training sessions on program usage and address any faculty questions or concerns.


Operational Support :

  • Manage operational tasks related to program implementation, including scheduling training sessions and coordinating with US educational institutions.

  • Ensure all resources and materials are prepared and distributed efficiently to faculty in the US.


Program Familiarization :

  • Develop and maintain materials to support faculty in effectively utilizing the LMS platform.

  • Share best practices and strategies for integrating LMS into existing curriculum frameworks.


Continuous Engagement :

  • Establish regular communication channels with US faculty to gather feedback and assess needs.

  • Adapt training materials and methods based on faculty input and updates to the program.


Collaboration and Coordination :

  • Work closely with the US-based Program Manager and international counterparts to ensure consistent program delivery.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to address any technical or logistical challenges.


Qualifications :


  • Experience : 3 to 5 years in educational training, onboarding, or operational roles, preferably within the higher education sector.

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.


Skills :

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience with educational technology platforms.

  • Capability to manage operational tasks alongside training responsibilities.
