<p><p><b>About the Role :</b><br/><br/>We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Lead to spearhead our QA and test automation initiatives.
This role involves defining testing strategies, designing automation frameworks, and ensuring the quality and stability of enterprise-grade applications.
The QA Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, DevOps, and product management to deliver high-quality software in a fast-paced, Agile environment.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>1.
Test Strategy and Planning : </p><p><br/></p><p>- Define end-to-end QA strategies aligned with product and business goals.<br/><br/></p><p>- Create detailed test plans and test cases covering functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.<br/><br/></p><p>- Evaluate testing needs for different environments and platforms, ensuring full coverage across web, API, and mobile layers.<br/><br/>2.
Test Automation Design and Implementation : </p><p><br/></p><p>- Architect and maintain robust automation frameworks using industry-standard tools such as Cypress, Pytest, Selenium, or similar.<br/><br/></p><p>- Build modular, scalable automation suites to support CI/CD pipelines.<br/><br/></p><p>- Implement automation best practices to optimize test coverage and execution speed.<br/><br/>3.
Quality Governance and Leadership : </p><p><br/></p><p>- Lead and mentor QA engineers, providing technical guidance and enforcing coding/testing standards.<br/><br/></p><p>- Establish metrics and KPIs for quality, reliability, and test effectiveness.<br/><br/></p><p>- Drive continuous improvements in test automation, defect management, and release readiness.<br/><br/>4.
