<p><p><b>Position Summary :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>We are seeking a knowledgeable and self-driven IT Network Engineer to support our organization's network infrastructure across processing centers, stores, hubs, and corporate offices.<br/><br/></p><p>The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, managing, and troubleshooting networks, ensuring high availability, security, and performance of the IT infrastructure.<br/><br/></p><p>This is a hands-on role involving proactive network monitoring, incident response, and implementation of network best Responsibilities Configuration & Maintenance :</b></p></p><p><b><br/></b>- Install, configure, and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, access points, and other network devices.<br/><br/></p><p>- Monitor network performance and proactively address latency, connectivity, or throughput issues.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure high availability of enterprise voice and data networks through redundancy and failover strategies.<br/><br/></p><p>- Implement firmware upgrades, patches, and configuration changes as & Support :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Respond to network incidents and resolve issues related to LAN/WAN, wireless, and internet connectivity.<br/><br/></p><p>- Coordinate with ISPs and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve external connectivity issues.<br/><br/></p><p>- Maintain documentation of network diagrams, configurations, and issue resolution & Compliance :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Ensure secure network access through firewalls, VPNs, and authentication controls.<br/><br/></p><p>- Monitor network for unusual activity, perform vulnerability assessments, and apply corrective actions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with IT security team to implement policies and ensure compliance with data protection & Implementation :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Work with cross-functional IT teams to support new location setups including hubs and stores.<br/><br/></p><p>- Assist in network capacity planning and infrastructure upgrades.<br/><br/></p><p>- Provide network-related input for IT infrastructure and service desk & Documentation :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Maintain logs for network events and generate performance and availability reports.<br/><br/></p><p>- Create SOPs for network deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting procedures.<br/><br/></p><p>- Update inventory records of network devices and Qualifications & Skills :</b></p></p><p><b><br/></b>- 2- 4 years of experience as a Network Engineer or similar role.</p><p><br/>- Experience in managing multi-site enterprise networks including retail or warehouse locations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience working with ISPs and vendor coordination for field Skills :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Strong understanding of network protocols : TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN, SNMP.<br/><br/></p><p>- Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, or similar networking equipment.<br/><br/></p><p>- Hands-on experience configuring and managing Cisco Meraki dashboard and devices.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with Fortinet firewalls including rule management and site-to-site VPN setup.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficiency in deploying and troubleshooting Aruba wireless networks, including Instant APs and controllers.<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of firewall configuration, ACLs, and secure access policies.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., PRTG, SolarWinds, Zabbix).</p><p><br/></p><p>- Understanding of wireless networking standards and troubleshooting (2.4GHz/5GHz Skills :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Strong diagnostic and analytical skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Effective communication and documentation abilities.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.<br/><br/></p><p>- Willingness to travel to sites as & Certifications :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Bachelors degree in Computer Networking, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.<br/><br/></p><p>- Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent are strongly Join Us?</b></p><p><br/></p>- Be part of a tech-forward team modernizing IT infrastructure across retail and logistics.<br/><br/></p><p>- Opportunity to manage and scale critical network infrastructure across locations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate on cross-functional projects with exposure to cloud, security, and automation technologies.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
