Our product is being adopted rapidly globally and we need the best people onboard the team to accelerate our growth.<br/><br/><b>Job Description : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Research & Scoping : Collaborate with stakeholders in various teams and departments to scope out potential business use cases.<br/><br/>- Design, implement, and deploy state-of-the-art models, including LLMs and Generative AI frameworks.<br/><br/>- Perform model optimization for performance, scalability, and accuracy.<br/><br/>- Implement advanced feature engineering techniques for both structured and unstructured data.<br/><br/>- Leverage leading libraries like TensorFlow, and PyTorch for experimentation and production.<br/><br/>- Build and optimize machine learning pipelines with tools like Vertex AI.<br/><br/>- AI Agent Development : Design and implement autonomous AI agents aimed at optimization using custom prompting and agentic workflows.<br/><br/><b>Requirements :</b><br/><br/>- Have 3-6 years of experience in the Data Science / Machine learning domain.<br/><br/>- Possess a bias for action with a track record of solving technical challenges creatively.<br/><br/>- Experienced in 0?1 MVP development and iterative prototyping.<br/><br/>- Knowledgeable and experienced in leveraging LLMs, RAG and Agentic frameworks.<br/><br/>- Passionate about staying up to date with AI trends and best practices.<br/><br/>- Strong expertise in Python, proficiency in TensorFlow, PyTorch, and MLOps practices; experience in cloud-based deployment and machine learning frameworks.<br/><br/>- Technical expertise - Hands-on experience with Gen AI, RAG, Graph AI and LLM's.<br/><br/>- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP including AI/ML services.<br/><br/>- Knowledge of LLMs, vector databases, and applied Gen-AI techniques and frameworks (RAG, Agentic AI orchestration, LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc)<br/><br/><b>What is in it for the candidate : </b><br/><br/>As a team, we are concerned with not only the growth of the company, but each others personal growth and well being too.
