<div><b>Linux / Android-Based TCU Development Engineer </b><br /> <b>Exp: 6+Years</b></div> <div><b>Location: Bangalore</b><br /> <br /> Looking for an Android engineer with deep expertise in Android 14 stack development for a two-wheeler telematics control unit.
The role spans application, middleware, HAL, and kernel integration for connectivity and vehicle data services.<br /> <br /> Key Responsibilities:<br /> Develop Android 14 applications and services for two-wheeler TCU platforms.<br /> Customize Android framework components and HALs for telematics features.<br /> Work across the Android stack: Application, Middleware, HAL, HLOS, Kernel, and Drivers.<br /> Integrate and validate connectivity stacks: Wi-Fi, Bluetooth/BLE, LTE, GNSS, Ethernet, MIPI DSI.<br /> Interface with sensors and peripherals: I2C, SPI, PWM, LCD, Touch, etc.<br /> Collaborate with Linux and hardware teams for seamless integration and performance tuning.<br /> <br /> Required Skills:<br /> Strong experience in Android 14 development across the full stack.<br /> Proficient in Java, Kotlin, C, and C++.<br /> Experience in HAL and AOSP customization.<br /> Familiarity with Linux Kernel and driver integration in Android.<br /> Understanding of Android build systems and debugging tools.<br /> Experience with peripheral programming and hardware interfacing.<br /> <br /> Preferred Qualifications:<br /> Prior experience with telematics, automotive Android platforms, or NAD systems.<br /> Exposure to Android Auto, CarPlay, or similar infotainment systems.<br /> Knowledge of secure communication protocols and OTA mechanisms.</div>
