Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Training Manager located in Gurugram.
The Training Manager will be responsible for developing training content and curriculum, implementing new hire training programs, design training needs assessments, monitoring and evaluating training programs, and conduct Leadership development programs.
They will also collaborate with various teams to enhance training effectiveness and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Qualifications New Hire Training Program Development and Implementation Training Needs Assessment and Evaluation Knowledge Base Management Leadership Development Strong Communication and Presentation Skills Experience in Training for International BPO clients Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Training, Organizational Development, or a related field
