Job description

<p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Monitor and process daily LMS change requests received through QuickBase, email, Digital Gradebook Rosters, and Departure Notices.<br/><br/></p><p>- Execute timely LMS actions such as user profile activation/deactivation, course and learning path enrollments/unenrollments in SAP Litmos.<br/><br/></p><p>- Prepare bulk import files using LMS user metadata to efficiently handle large-scale change requests with high accuracy.<br/><br/></p><p>- Maintain detailed documentation of all LMS changes in the Consolidated Litmos Tracker.<br/><br/></p><p>- Investigate, troubleshoot, and escalate LMS-related issues to appropriate stakeholders, ensuring </p><p>prompt follow-up and resolution.<br/><br/></p><p>- Handle professional correspondence related to LMS changes, demonstrating strong written communication skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Manage bi-weekly Litmos metadata updates to ensure data consistency across integrated systems.<br/><br/></p><p>- Download daily reports from Litmos and upload data to Power BI Dashboards for visualization and tracking.<br/><br/><b>Tools & Technologies :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- SAP Litmos (LMS)<br/><br/></p><p>- QuickBase (ticketing system)<br/><br/></p><p>- Microsoft Outlook<br/><br/></p><p>- Microsoft Excel (data manipulation and bulk uploads)<br/><br/></p><p>- Power BI (report uploads and dashboards)<br/><br/></p><p>- Microsoft Teams / Zoom (collaboration)<br/><br/></p><p>- SharePoint (document sharing and storage)<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & Qualifications :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Proven experience working with SAP Litmos or similar LMS platforms.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data processing, including bulk uploads and formatting.<br/><br/></p><p>- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy, consistency, and documentation.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to correspond professionally via email.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., QuickBase) and basic troubleshooting practices.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests to meet defined SLAs.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools is an advantage.<br/><br/><p><b>Preferred Qualifications :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, HR, Business Administration, or a related field.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in an enterprise or corporate learning environment is a plus.<br/><br/></p><p>- Prior exposure to HRIS or integrated talent management systems is desirable.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
