Job Description
<p>- Build, develop, and manage relationships with channel partners to drive consistent business growth.<br/><br/>- Leverage an existing network of active channel partners, especially on Mumbais Western Line, to generate leads and close deals.<br/><br/>- Identify, onboard, and engage new channel partners to expand the sales network.<br/><br/>- Conduct regular partner meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to maximize productivity.<br/><br/>- Track and manage leads/opportunities through CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and reporting effectiveness.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with internal teams to create sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and partner engagement activities.<br/><br/>- Drive business by planning and executing field visits, partner events, and customer interactions.<br/><br/>- Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics, preparing reports and presentations for management.<br/><br/>- Achieve sales targets consistently while ensuring partner satisfaction and long-term relationships.<br/><br/>Requirements & Qualifications:<br/><br/>- 5- 8 years of proven experience in sourcing and managing business through channel partners within the real estate sector.<br/><br/>- Strong network of channel partners in Mumbai, especially across the Western Line, is a significant advantage.<br/><br/>- In-depth knowledge of the Mumbai real estate market, including trends, competitors, and customer behavior.<br/><br/>- Excellent communication skills fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is required; additional languages are a plus.<br/><br/>- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.<br/><br/>- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.<br/><br/>- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with fieldwork.<br/><br/>- A go-getter with a flexible, outcome-focused approach<br/></p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
