Job Description
<p>- Proactively generate leads from the local market through networking, field visits, events, and referrals.<br/><br/>- Manage and nurture leads shared by the Head Office (HO), ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.<br/><br/>- Identify opportunities for new business within assigned territory.<br/><br/>Sales Target Achievement<br/><br/>- Drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.<br/><br/>- Monitor sales pipeline regularly and ensure healthy conversion ratios.<br/><br/>- Close small to medium-scale accounts independently and coordinate with the Regional Manager for larger or strategic accounts.<br/><br/>- Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis<br/><br/>- Stay updated with competitor activities, offerings, and pricing strategies.<br/><br/>- Provide actionable insights to management for product positioning and business strategies.<br/><br/>- Customer Relationship Management<br/><br/>- Develop strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.<br/><br/>- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers post-sales to ensure satisfaction and resolve service-related issues.<br/><br/>- Maintain high service standards to strengthen brand reputation in the market.<br/><br/>Reporting & Coordination:<br/><br/>- Submit fortnightly performance and progress reports to the Regional Manager.<br/><br/>- Provide feedback from clients and market trends to the Head Office for continuous improvement.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.<br/><br/>Product & Market Knowledge:<br/><br/>- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services offered, including add-on features and benefits.<br/><br/>- Educate clients about the value proposition to drive successful closures.<br/><br/>Key Requirements:<br/><br/>- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).<br/><br/>- 2+ years of proven experience in sales<br/><br/>- Strong knowledge of the Ahmedabad market and local business environment.<br/><br/>- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.<br/><br/>- Ability to work independently while aligning with organizational goals.<br/><br/>- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.<br/></p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
