<p><p><b>Job Description :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>Were looking for an analytically-minded, passionate, and customer-obsessed Lead Product Manager to join our growing team.</p><br/><p>Loopio envisions a world where Response Management is indispensable for every sales team, and as a Lead Product Manager, youll have a chance to make a huge impact on bringing that vision to life for our largest, most complex enterprise customers.</p><br/><p>This role will require close partnerships with cross-functional departments across the organization and a strong understanding of what it takes to build strong enterprise platform capabilities.</p><br/><p>This is an opportunity to join a highly collaborative and supportive team where you can leverage your 7+ years of practice experience to help us create an industry-leading B2B software by creating and driving strong technical leadership and product strategy.</p><br/><p>This role requires close collaboration with teams across Canada, the UK, and India.</p><br/><p>To accommodate the time zone differences, you will be expected to work from 11 am to 7:30 pm IST.</p><br/><p><b>What Youll Be Doing :</b></p><br/><p>- You will collaborate closely with UX design, customer experience, and sales partners to gather insights about current and prospective enterprise customer needs in order to deliver the most value to our customers.</p><br/><p>- You will work closely with our software and AI engineering teams to develop innovative solutions for our customers.</p><br/><p>- You will own your roadmap and drive strong alignment and excitement across the business and for our customers.</p><br/><p>- You will actively engage with our enterprise customers, deeply understanding their needs and aligning them with your roadmap.</p><br/><p>- Along with your pod leads, you will define and own the outcomes you define for your roadmap, delivering meaningful and measurable success for our enterprise customer segment.</p><br/><p><b>What Youll Bring to the Team:</b></p><br/><p>- 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS product management, shipping successful products in the Enterprise space.</p><br/><p>- Experience building platform capabilities is desired.</p><br/><p>- 2+ years working as a lead, principal, or platform product manager, ideally working in an empowered product team model.</p><br/><p>- Customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional products that solve customer problems and deliver customer value.</p><br/><p>- Eyes on the road ahead; you're a strategic thinker with the ability to align short-term objectives against a long-term roadmap.</p><br/><p>- Solid technical understanding and experience in software development; you don't write code, but you are comfortable discussing technical product details with engineers and you know the right questions to ask.</p><br/><p>- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.</p><br/><p>- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies.</p><br/><p>- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders and customers at all levels.</p><br/><p><b>Where Youll Work :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Loopio is a global company, HQd in Canada, that embraces flexible and effective work models.</p><br/><p>- While many of our teams operate remotely, this role is part of a new, strategic product team that will work in a Hybrid Model to accelerate innovation and foster deep collaboration.</p><br/><p>- For this role, you will be based in our Ahmedabad, Gujarat hub, with the expectation of working from our co-working space in downtown Ahmedabad 3 days per week.</p><br/><p>- This approach is intentionally designed to give you the best of both worlds: high-impact, in-person collaboration with your team to drive impactful product initiatives, and the flexibility of focused work-from-home days.</p><br/><p>- Our employees (or Loopers, as we call ourselves!) live and work in Canada (British Columbia and Ontario), London, and India (specifically in Gujarat, Maharashtra, and Bengaluru).</p><br/><p>- Our India/UK hub employees work according to business hours stated in the job description above.</p><br/><p>- This is intentionally designed to enable our global teams to have overlapping hours for collaboration.</p><br/><p>- Youll collaborate with your immediate team in person and with our global teams virtually across the UK, Canada, and the US (were just a Zoom call and Slack message away!), with core sync hours and focus time for headsdown work during the workday.</p><br/><p>- We encourage balancing synchronous and asynchronous collaboration to effectively work as a global </p><br/><p><b>Why Youll at Loopio :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Your manager supports your development by providing ongoing feedback and regular 1-on-1s, we leverage Lattice for our 1:1s and performance conversations.</p><br/><p>- You will have the opportunity to elevate ????
