Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Power Platform Developer with 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into effective low-code/no-code solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize Canvas Apps and Model-driven Apps using Power Apps.
- Automate business processes using Power Automate flows (Cloud flows, Scheduled flows, Business Process Flows).
- Develop and maintain solutions integrated with SharePoint Online – including lists, libraries, forms, and permissions.
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Implement data connectors, custom connectors, and integration with Dataverse, SQL, Outlook, Teams, and other Microsoft 365 tools.
- Manage app lifecycle including development, testing, deployment, and post-deployment support.
- Ensure adherence to governance, security, and compliance standards.
- Provide user training and documentation for the developed solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to apps, flows, and SharePoint content.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams for integration and enhancement of solutions.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, and SharePoint Online.
- Good understanding of Dataverse, Power Platform connectors, and custom APIs.
- Knowledge of PowerShell, JSON, OData, and REST APIs.
- Experience working with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Forms, and OneDrive integrations.
- Understanding of SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and modern SharePoint sites.
- Ability to write and debug Power Fx, Expressions, and Flow conditions.
- Experience with permissions, versioning, and SharePoint governance.
- Familiarity with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) in Power Platform using solutions and environments.
- Familiar with developing .Net plugins and integration with model driven apps.
