Senior QA Manager You Apply business requirements and knowledge of testing and software development lifecycles to design, produce and guide the testing of complex software products or customer solutions.<br/><br/><b>Technical Skills Required :</b><br/><br/>- 6 to 10 years of relevant experience.<br/><br/>- Experienced Programmer and/or Automation Tester, with good technical skills.<br/><br/>- C#, .NET, Selenium and Python skills.<br/><br/>- Experience of using Selenium or other functional test automation tools.<br/><br/>- Self-starter does what it takes to get the job done.<br/><br/>- Comfortable operating in a dynamic environment.<br/><br/>- Experienced, able and keen to work using Agile development methodologies.<br/><br/>- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.<br/><br/>- Experience of test tracking tools.<br/><br/>- Proficient using source code management tools such as Git or SVN.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with and/or accreditation in AWS or similar Cloud technology<br/><br/><b>Preferred Skills & Experience :</b><br/><br/>- Strong CI/CD build and automation pipeline knowledge.<br/><br/>- Experience with containerization and related technologies.<br/><br/>- SEB Foundation Certificate in Software Testing/ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation, Advanced or Practitioner Level is desirable.<br/><br/>- Understanding of the SDLC and agile delivery methodology.<br/><br/>- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.<br/><br/>- Ability to communicate effectively in English with all levels of staff, both orally and written.<br/><br/>- Ability to handle own work and multitask to meet tight deadlines without losing sight of priorities under minimum supervision.<br/><br/>- Highly motivated, self-directed individual with a positive & pro-active demeanor to work.<br/><br/>- Be driven and committed to the goals and objectives of the team and organization.<br/><br/>- Experience with JIRA and Confluence<br/><br/><b>Education & Professional Skills :</b><br/><br/>- BE/MS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or STEM degree (Desirable).<br/><br/>- Solid English reading/writing capability required.<br/><br/>- Good communication & articulation skills.<br/><br/>- Curious about new technologies and tools, creative thinking and initiative taking.<br/><br/><b>Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Contributes to and develops high-quality software testing design principles and architecture.<br/><br/>- Provides the technical leadership as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the domain by showing a significant depth of knowledge and expertise in software testing.<br/><br/>- Identifies, prioritises and executes tasks in the software testing and development life cycle.<br/><br/>- Designs, develops and delivers software testing solutions that align with architecture, operational and risk processes.<br/><br/>- Works closely with the Research, Product, Delivery and Sales teams to deliver testing for the products, services, enhancements and solutions to meet customer needs and align with the goals of the business line.<br/><br/>- Develops efficient testing code and solution using advanced tools and applications.<br/><br/>- Leads the delivery of important testing projects, working autonomously and with little direction; may ensure the delivery of work from other team members, delegating work when required.<br/><br/>- Builds trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders, growing own network and collaborating with other
