Youll be part of a friendly and supportive team where everyone no matter what role contributes ideas and drives outcomes.<br/><br/><b>What role will you play?</b><br/><br/> As a key member of the team, you will design and build tools, scripts, and automation frameworks to streamline workflows while developing, monitoring, alerting, and telemetry solutions to proactively address platform issues.<br/><br/> In this exciting role, you will apply coding expertise in a application support and site reliability context.

Also, you will play a significant role contributing to the stability, scalability, and performance of critical trading platforms.

Collaborating with engineering teams, you will provide L1/L2 support for the digital platform and will manage incidents, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement long-term fixes.<br/><br/><b>What You Offer :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p><p>- Programming expertise of 4 - 9 years in Python for tool and automation development.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as Shell, Bash, and PowerShell.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, with exposure to Azure or GCP as a plus).</p><p><br/></p><p>- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions).</p><p><br/></p><p>- Proficiency in monitoring and observability tools (Grafana, Splunk, Prometheus, ELK Stack).</p><p><br/></p><p>- Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).</p><p><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).</p><p><br/></p><p>- Good understanding of networking, security practices, and system administration (Linux/Unix).</p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience with version control systems (Git, Bitbucket) and agile methodologies.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to troubleshoot complex issues.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively in cross-functional and globally distributed teams.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while providing quality support to internal and external clients.</p><p><br/></p><p><b>What We Offer :</b><br/><br/><b>Benefits : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>At Macquarie, you're empowered to shape a career that's rewarding in all the ways that matter most to you.
