<p><p><b>Role:</b> 1 - 5 responsibilities include:</b></p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Tender Management: Handling all stages from tender notification to price bid opening, including fee payments, documentation, and submission.</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Technical & Commercial Analysis: Understanding tender scope, attending pre-bid meetings, preparing clarifications, and managing third-party vendor interactions for bought-out items.</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Documentation & Compliance: Preparing crucial documents like EMD, bank guarantees, CA certificates, technical specifications (GTPs), and consortium agreements.</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Bid Preparation & Submission: Compiling bid documents, conducting costing and comparative analysis, ensuring all formatting and submission requirements (online and physical) are met.</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Post-Bid Activities: Addressing post-bid clarifications, contract preparation, and risk assessment.</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Coordination & Liaison: Working closely with internal departments (Technical, Commercial, Accounts, Admin) and external customers.</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Responsibility of MDM / HES / Analytics / Smart Meter project, etc tenders from NIT information to Price Bid opening which involve following time bond activities:</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Tender Purchase / Process fee / EMD coordination for NEFT Payment wherever required</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Going through the tender document and understanding Technical scope and commercial terms</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Attending Pre-Bid meeting (online / onsite on need basis)</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Preparation of Techno Commercial clarifications if any</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Sharing requisite details with 3rd party Vendors for all bought out items</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Compiling received amendments and representing unresolved clarifications if any</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Tender summary preparation</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- EMD BG Format preparation and getting BG</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Arranging Financial CA Certificates and Bank Certificates</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Technical C A Certificates of supply proof wherever required</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Arranging bought out Items quotations and technical documents of CSP, TSP, HT Metering Units, Panel, Various Cables, LT CTs, Box, IT Hardware etc.</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Tender preparation QR, Formats and GTPs and PoA / Consortium Agreements etc.</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Deviation statement if any</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Compiling / check Bid document before submission</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Costing and comparative statement</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Stamping, Numbering, Scanning and Packing</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Online Bid submission</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Arranging / Coordinating logistics for Samples and Bid submission</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Post Bid Clarifications</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Compiling and framing Pre-Bid clarifications</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Liaison with Customer on need basis</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Agreements / Contract preparation.</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Risk Assessment</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Cross departmental function (Technical / Commercial / Accounts / Admin etc)</p><br/></p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
