About the Role
As a  Management Trainee – Video Content & Ads Coordination , you’ll work closely with our marketing and creative teams to  manage content workflows, coordinate with editors and agencies, and support campaign execution  across platforms.
This is the perfect role for someone who loves  digital media, storytelling, and organized chaos  — and wants to learn how brand campaigns come to life from start to finish.
What You’ll Do
Coordinate with video editors and creative agencies for smooth content delivery.
Track progress of ongoing video and ad projects to ensure timely completion.
Maintain clear project documentation using  Google Sheets  and  Docs .
Research trends, brainstorm ideas, and pitch  fresh digital content concepts  for reels, ads, and brand stories.
Support the execution and performance tracking of  ad campaigns  across platforms (Meta, YouTube, etc.).
Collaborate with the marketing team to bring  creative campaigns to life  from ideation to launch.

Great at  communication and coordination , with a proactive attitude.
Comfortable using  Google Sheets, Docs, Drive  and basic digital tools.
Eager to learn, experiment, and grow in a  fast-paced environment .
