<p>Job Description :<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>In this role, you will :<br/><br/>- Manage and develop team of data analysts with low to moderate complexity and risk in data management and technology, and engage stakeholders and internal partners<br/><br/>- Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development<br/><br/>- Operate data environments, integrate with new technologies and oversee the development of new processes that support teams across the global organization<br/><br/>- Gather business requirements through direct interaction with software development teams<br/><br/>- Make decisions and resolve issues regarding resources, objectives and operations of data management area to meet business objectives<br/><br/>- Interpret and develop policies and procedures for Technology functions with low to moderate complexity<br/><br/>- Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including managers<br/><br/>- Lead team to achieve objectives<br/><br/>- Manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.<br/><br/>- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with cross-functional teams.<br/><br/>- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential issues.<br/><br/>- Ensure effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients through regular meetings and progress updates.<br/><br/>- Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency.<br/><br/>- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Data Engineering and Management<br/><br/>- Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent<br/><br/>- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.<br/><br/>- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to track progress and ensure timely delivery.<br/><br/>- Coordinate resources, including team members, third-party contractors, and vendors, to execute project tasks effectively.<br/><br/>- Manage project execution, monitoring progress, resolving issues, and mitigating risks to ensure project goals are met.<br/><br/>- Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders, including senior management, throughout the project lifecycle.<br/><br/>- Conduct project evaluations and post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.<br/><br/>- Ensure compliance with project management best practices, company policies, and industry standards.<br/><br/>Required Qualifications :<br/><br/>- 4+ years of Data Engineering experience<br/><br/>- 2+ years of Leadership experience<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and PMBOK.<br/><br/>- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members to achieve project objectives.<br/><br/>- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.<br/><br/>- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</p> (ref:hirist.tech)
