Job Description: Semi-Qualified & Chartered Accountant (2-5 Years of Experience)


We are looking for a Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA Inter) or a Chartered Accountant with 2-3 years of experience to join our team for Pune location.

The ideal candidate should have experience in leading a team and possess excellent communication skills.


Key Responsibilities:


Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior team members, ensuring quality work and timely delivery.

Accounting & Financial Reporting: Oversee accounting operations, finalize financial statements, and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards.

Taxation & Compliance: Handle direct and indirect tax filings, including GST and TDS, and ensure adherence to statutory regulations.

Audit & Assurance: Conduct internal and statutory audits, coordinate with auditors, and prepare audit reports.

Process Improvement: Identify gaps in financial processes and implement best practices for efficiency and accuracy.

Client Management: Communicate effectively with clients, understand their financial requirements, and provide strategic advice.

MIS & Reporting: Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support decision-making.


Key Requirements:

Qualification: Semi-Qualified CA (CA Inter) or Chartered Accountant (CA).

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in accounting, audit, taxation, or financial advisory.

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead a team and manage workflow effectively.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and internal stakeholders.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, SAP, etc.), MS Excel, and financial reporting tools.

Analytical Ability: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


Preferred Experience:

• Experience in a CA firm or financial consulting firm.

• Exposure to handling multiple clients across different industries.

• Understanding of Indian accounting and taxation laws.
