Manager, Platform and Infrastructure
Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager, Platform and Infrastructure, who excels in leading people, maturing operational practices, and driving process excellence.
This role requires a strong organizational mindset and a solid understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of network and cloud administrators, developing scalable and repeatable processes, and ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery across Centrilogic client portfolio.
This includes driving operational excellence, maintaining strong customer relationships through a consultative approach, and ensuring that all engagements are executed with professionalism.
Job Duties
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of network and cloud administrators, fostering technical growth and career development.
 - Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across engineering and operations.
 - Define and communicate clear roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations aligned with organizational goals.
 - Drive operational excellence by maturing processes for efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
 - Follow Centrilogic’s structured ITSM workflows for change management, incident response, and service requests.
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and integration across platforms.
 - Coordinate with Onshore Technical leaders for work allocation and technical direction
 - Maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, ensuring service expectations are met and exceeded.
 - Monitor and improve client satisfaction through proactive engagement and service enhancement initiatives.
 - Ensure infrastructure patching is performed regularly and effectively to maintain security and compliance.
 - Validate implementation results and ensure documentation is complete and accurate within ITSM systems.
 - Utilize real time dashboards to balance out work across the team(s)
 - Establish and promote collaborative frameworks to enhance communication, knowledge sharing, and operational efficiency across teams.
 
Requirements
- Available for after-hours escalations.
 - Ability to multi-task, pivot quickly and understand “sense of urgency
 
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in network and cloud infrastructure support, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
 - Knowledge of managing patching of infrastructure (network and servers)
 - Knowledge of business and technology processes.
 - Proven track record of escalation management experience.
 - Strong understanding of ITSM frameworks (e.G., ITIL) and operational best practices.
 - Proven experience in process development and operational maturity.
 - Excellent Critical Thinking and Emotional Intelligence skills.
 - Ability to communicate effectively at different levels – direct-reports, peers, ELT and C-level.
 - General Experience of Cloud technologies (eg Azure, VMWare, AWS, Windows, Linux) and Network Technology (eg Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Aruba ClearPass) is an asset
 - Knowledge of IT infrastructure monitoring systems (e.G. Logic Monitor & Solar Winds is an asset.
 - University degree or College diploma program in Computer Science, Business and Technology, Information Systems or related areas.
