We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead our Security Operations Automationteam—an advanced engineering group driving the next generation of intelligent, autonomous cybersecurity operations.

Your team will design and build scalable systems that combine traditional automation with AI-powered decision-making, agentic frameworks, and detection-as-code pipelines to reduce manual effort, accelerate incident response, and increase the reliability of security workflows.

You will play a key role in shaping strategy, building a high-performing team, and delivering technical solutions that directly enhance the effectiveness of our Security Operations.This is an opportunity to lead in a space where engineering, cybersecurity, and AI converge—at scale.

Arctic Wolf Labs is the research-focused division at Arctic Wolf focused on advancing innovation in the field of security operations.
