<p><p><b>Description :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Bachelors Degree in related field or equivalent work experience<br/><br/>- Previous experience in Manhattan Active TMS/TLM products and demonstrated experience with full life cycle, large scale projects implementations using SDLC and Agile methodology<br/><br/>- Successful delivery of at least 4 large-size TMS/TLM implementations as a Active TMSManhattan Solutions Lead in Distribution and Logistics<br/><br/>- Experienced knowledge of logistics and supply chain business processes<br/><br/>- Configure/test/implement changes to Active TMS applications that will support and improve the processes.<br/><br/>- Proven knowledge of TMS processes and experienced in End-to-End Implementation of TMS<br/><br/>- Lead solution design to ensure clear construct and validation tasks and timeline<br/><br/>- Sustain the balance between project scope, timeline, and requirements to ensure successful time to value and definitive customer satisfaction<br/><br/>- Assess business needs that fall outside the standard solution and/or scope, and assess integration complexity, architecture constraints and/or product roadmaps<br/><br/>- Experience in a customer-facing role where you led requirements gathering, formulating a software solution, and persuading stakeholders<br/><br/>- Strong business analysis skills, understanding and usage of statistical algorithms, inventory optimization concepts, awareness of tactical planning on overall supply chain required<br/><br/>- Instruct users on the proper and efficient usage of the system(s)<br/><br/>- Troubleshoot hardware and/or software applications malfunctions and errors, as well as user problems, resolving them or escalating as necessary.<br/><br/>- Prepare written materials that document activities, events, systems, and architecture of TMS/TLM Systems.<br/><br/>- Applies advanced knowledge and understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to manage a wide variety of projects<br/><br/>- Recommends new practices, processes, metrics, or models</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
