<br/><br/>The Product Manager will define technical specifications, onboard OEMs and contract manufacturers, manage certifications, and coordinate product readiness for market launch.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities</b><br/><br/>- Identify and onboard global OEMs and contract manufacturers for Barcode, RFID, and Mobility devices.<br/><br/>- Define product specifications, pricing strategy, and product roadmap.<br/><br/>- Conduct competitive benchmarking and market research.<br/><br/>- Manage product testing, certification, and technical documentation.<br/><br/>- Coordinate with BD and Sales teams for GTM planning and customer requirements.<br/><br/>- Create datasheets, product manuals, and technical training material.<br/><br/>- Manage vendor relationships, costing, and quality evaluation.<br/><br/>- Track product lifecycle and plan continuous improvement initiatives.<br/><b><br/></b><p><b>Key Performance Indicators</b></p><br/>- Number of OEM/ODM vendors onboarded.<br/><br/>- Completion of product roadmap and launch timelines.<br/><br/>- Cost optimization achieved through vendor negotiations.<br/><br/>- Product readiness and certification compliance.<br/><br/>- Contribution to initial sales enablement and product demos.<br/><br/><b>Key Attributes & Technical Expertise</b><br/><br/>- Strong understanding of AIDC hardware (Barcode, RFID, POS).<br/><br/>- Vendor sourcing, costing, and contract negotiation.<br/><br/>- Product lifecycle and technical documentation skills.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with Taiwan/China vendor ecosystem.<br/><br/>- Cross-functional coordination and project ownership mindset.- </p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
