Role Overview:
We are hiring a  Marketing Automation Manager  to lead execution and optimization of our funnel communications across  email, WhatsApp, and SMS .
You will be responsible for building customer journeys, deploying campaigns, and ensuring our leads and customers receive the right message at the right time.
This role is execution-heavy but comes with  end-to-end ownership of automation flows  and a clear growth path into Lifecycle Marketing leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Automation Ownership:  Build, deploy, and optimize automated campaigns across email, WhatsApp, and SMS using in-house tools, Sendgrid, Leadsquared, and relevant tools.
Customer Journeys:  Design lifecycle journeys that nurture trials, improve conversions, and increase retention.
Segmentation & Personalization:  Create audience segments based on lead source, student behavior, and purchase history.
Testing & Optimization:  Run A/B tests on subject lines, creatives, timing, and channels to improve campaign performance.
Performance Tracking:  Monitor KPIs like open rates, CTRs, conversions, and churn reduction; share actionable insights with the Growth team.
Compliance & Best Practices:  Maintain strong email deliverability, and ensure WhatsApp/SMS campaigns follow regulations.
Collaboration:  Work closely with Growth, Sales, and Product teams to align campaigns with offers, promotions, and student journeys.
Requirements:
3–6 years of experience in  marketing automation, CRM, or lifecycle marketing  in a B2C environment (EdTech, e-commerce, fintech, or consumer internet preferred).
Hands-on expertise with  marketing automation platforms  (MoEngage, Clevertap, WebEngage, Braze, or equivalent).
Strong grasp of  email marketing, WhatsApp Business API, and SMS campaigns .
Analytical skills with experience in A/B testing and funnel optimization.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
